Process to Build
Before beginning the design process for your Enertia home kit, you'll need to select your home site. Whether you design your Enertia home with the help of an architect or use one of our pre-engineered plans, many aspects of your location will effect the design.
To start the process, we require a 25% deposit. At this point our team will work with you to begin customizing your home. Your site terrain and climate will determine a number of factors. Based on your specific needs we'll provide your architect with detailed requirements to work with or we can work with you directly to customize your Enertia home.
An additional 25% payment is required prior to cutting, and the balance is due 30-60 days prior to delivery, depending on the size of your home.
